Beach Wheelchair Service

To create the best experience possible for wheelchair users, beach equipment needs to be checked and serviced for safe operation at least once a year. This is recommended at the start of each season.

We often hear feedback from wheelchair users that beach wheelchairs at some surf clubs have been broken for many years.

You can book in a service anywhere in Australia.

Whats included in an annual service:

1. Re-grease bearings

2. Inflate tyres

3. Check all moving parts

4. Update compliance tag

5. The checkup certifies compliance of the wheelchair for 12 months

6. List of additional parts / services required to make wheelchair safe for use

7. The wheelchair is uploaded onto our database for future testing and servicing
